Machina | Lager (4.1%)

Fermented with a German Lager yeast strain, this beer employs the decoction mash method – boiling part of the grain down to a concentrate and returning it to the mash –to highlight its beautiful malt character, increase foam retention and to add an extra depth of flavour.
