Glasgow's Dookit was March's feature brewery. Created by one-man-band Harry Weskin, he's been making characterful and expressive beers since 2020.

Leaning heavily on locally sourced – sometimes foraged – ingredients, Weskin is brewing high-quality, low-intervention, can conditioned beers on the city's southside.

Wilderness is a quietly radical brewery in mid Wales. Our 54th batch, it was founded in 2017 by James Godman. They've a respect for tradition and an openness to place. “The beers we make are generally based on classic styles, while also trying to draw inspiration from local ingredients and the local environment.” That range now stretches comfortably to cover everything from of British bitters through to spontaneously fermented sour beers.

RedWillow Brewery is an independent craft brewery based in Macclesfield, Cheshire, known for producing a wide range of quality beers that blend traditional British brewing with modern craft sensibilities. Founded in 2010, Toby and Caroline McKenzie came from the worlds of IT and biomedical science. The two originally explored their passion for brewing at home, fifteen years later the brewing set- up has changed, but their classically inspired, hop-driven beers haven’t.
