Portsmouth-based Staggeringly Good as founded in 2015 by three friends – Joe Ross, Jon Chapman, and Russ Cox – and emerged from a shared enthusiasm for beer and dinosaurs. Their journey began when they supplied their homebrew to a stag do along the Jurassic Coast, featuring their flagship beer, Staggersaurus, a nod to both the event and their dinosaur fascination.
From these humble beginnings, the trio transitioned from brewing in their homes to collaborating with local establishments like Brewhouse and Kitchen, eventually scaling up to produce 10,000 liters monthly and distributing to numerous venues across the UK. Their dedication and innovative approach quickly garnered attention, with the brewery consistently ranking among the UK’s top 20 on Untappd.
