Leith Pils | Pilsner Lager (4.8%)

Leith Pils | Pilsner Lager (4.8%)

This Pils has been traditionally lagered, which means it’s undergone an extended period of cold storage (known as ‘lagering’, which in turn comes from the German word ‘lagern’, meaning ‘to store’). This takes place after primary fermentation, typically at temperatures near freezing, for several weeks to months. Clean and crisp – what more can you ask for?

More on Campervan:

Originally born from home-brewing out of a 1973 VW campervan, Campervan is based in Leith, Edinburgh. Since launching in 2017, they’ve expanded significantly, upgrading to a state-of-the-art brewhouse with larger capacity and opened an expanded taproom offering core beers, limited releases, and barrel-aged and sour projects. In 2024 the brewery underwent a full rebrand, inspired by their travel-and-adventure roots, refreshed their packaging, broadened their core range (which is all gluten-free and vegan), and committed to environmental responsibility by donating a portion of can sales to charity.
