What is batch?

batch is a Jersey-based craft beer subscription and online shop. Each month we feature an exciting independent brewery from across the UK, curate a selection of its beers and deliver them to doors across Jersey, along with a brewery story introducing the people behind the beers.

Where are you based?

We're based in St. Brelade, Jersey. batch is run by Batch Limited, a company registered in Jersey.

Where can I drink your beers in Jersey?

As well as delivering to your door, you'll find our beers at Awabi, LoveWine, Pêtchi, SANDS and Sea Level Distillery.

Subscriptions

How does the monthly subscription work?

Choose a box of 6, 12 or 24 cans. Each month we introduce a new UK brewery and deliver a selection of its beers on the first Saturday of the month, with free delivery.

When will I be charged?

Payment for your first delivery is taken at checkout. After that, you're billed on the 20th of the month before each delivery.

Can I skip a month or cancel?

Yes. You can skip or cancel at any time by logging in to your account and managing your subscription. Changes need to be made before the 20th of the month to take effect for the next delivery.

Where can I read about previous breweries?

Every featured brewery has a story in our Brewery Stories section, and you can buy beers from current and recent breweries in our shop.

Gifts

Can I send beer as a gift?

Yes. Our gift subscriptions deliver a fresh box of beer to the recipient every month for the length you choose. We also offer Lucky Dip packs, beer-filled tote bags and gift cards. Browse ideas for Christmas, birthdays, Father's Day and leaving presents.

How do gift cards work?

Gift cards can be redeemed against our subscription or anything in our shop. Choose a digital voucher sent by email, or a printed voucher posted to you for an additional £3.

Delivery

Where do you deliver?

We deliver anywhere in Jersey. We're unable to accept orders from, or deliver to, addresses outside Jersey.

When do you deliver?

We deliver on Saturdays. Shop orders aim to arrive the Saturday after you order, and subscriptions are delivered on the first Saturday of each month.

How much is delivery?

Delivery is free on all subscriptions and on orders over £27.

What if I'm not home?

We deliver ourselves. If no one's in, we'll contact you to arrange a safe place, and we'll send a photo as proof of delivery. You can also add a preferred safe place when you order.

Can I collect my order?

We don't currently offer collection.

Ordering

Do I need to be 18?

Yes. You must be 18 or over to buy alcohol, and if you're buying a gift the recipient must be 18 or over too.

Do you work with businesses?

Yes. We help restaurants and bars with their beer menus, and create corporate gifts and beer for events and weddings. See Wholesale & Bespoke or email hello@batch.je.
