Pressure Drop's house beer, brewed every week since their earliest days and still the backbone of what leaves the brewery. Mosaic and Citra bring mango, grapefruit and tangerine to a soft, hazy pale with a balanced, bitter finish.

We're back with Pressure Drop as part of our five-year celebrations, revisiting the London brewery we first featured in batch no. 015. Having started out in a Stoke Newington garden shed and moved through a Hackney railway arch, they now brew on a 20-barrel kit in Tottenham Hale, still packaging every beer in-house. Under the new stewardship of husband-and-wife team Tim and Sienna, the ethos hasn't changed: make the beer you'd love to drink yourself.
