Standing on my Own | Rhubarb Wild Ale (4.5% | 750ml)

A one-off blend of Rioja and Bordeaux barrel aged Belgian-style beers, one rich and full bodied, one light, fresh and funky. Aged on fresh Yorkshire forced rhubarb before maturing in bottle.

Wilderness is a quietly radical brewery in mid Wales. Our 54th batch, it was founded in 2017 by James Godman. They've a respect for tradition and an openness to place. “The beers we make are generally based on classic styles, while also trying to draw inspiration from local ingredients and the local environment.” That range now stretches comfortably to cover everything from of British bitters through to spontaneously fermented sour beers.
